The item worked and it was like the description, but it came very dirty. I know that it's a used and it was written that needed cleaning, but the photographs we nothing in comparison with the real dirt. I mean, It was disgusting. I would never sell something like this without a minimum cleaning before shipping. But at least it works so I can't complain. The price was good, the delivery time and package were ok.

Yes, as per description it is dirty ....this item being a brush bar you should expect some hair...this is why we are able to maintain such low prices as we do not charge man hours for cleaning / removing hair. Your always welcome to return the item if you have changed your mind and do not wish to clean it.
