Our Warranty Claims Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team on 0737 6667778 or send a message via the eBay messaging service to explain the problem you are experiencing
 
2. Our customer service team will first provide troubleshooting support, and will send a link from which you can upload a video of the fault directly from your mobile phone or device
 
Please note: it is important not to pack away your product if you are opening a warranty claim as we will require a video of the fault before we can proceed.
 
3. Our customer service team will review the information and video you have provided and respond with a solution within 1 working day
 
4. If we need to arrange collection of your product, we will require all original packaging it arrived in (including any outer protective packaging). Please do not throw this away. This is to ensure we received it back in one piece!
Please note: if you no longer have the packaging and require us to supply it, there will be an additional charge.

    3 months and all is well

    I bought one of these a few months back and found it easy to set up. The picture quality is good and it has enough features to keep me happy without being too complicated. With regards to the on/off button, on my set you have to press it really hard to get it to come on, which has been mentioned in previous reviews, but my sister has just bought the same model and her on/off button is fine. Overall we are both pleased with the value of this item.

    Let down by short mains cable

    I've deliberately removed 2 stars from this product because it is fitted with a hard-wired mains cable which is barely ONE metre long! Consequently, unless you want to place it in on the floor, near to your mains sockets, you cannot use this on top of a Hi-Fi stand or other piece of furniture! The other star has been deducted because the mains lead is NOT DETACHABLE, meaning that you cannot pass the cable through the back of a conventional piece of furniture, which has a slot or small round hole cut out for cables to be routed behind the unit. LG are basically cutting corners to save a few pence on the finished product. How much would an additional metre of 2 core cable cost to a huge manufacturer like LG? Probably less than 2p. Note also that there is NO OPTICAL AUDIO OUTPUT and only one ...

    Many features at a good price

    This is an excellent DVD multi player but proving quite hard to find at the moment possibly because of its great specification and performance at a reasonable price. Plug it in and connect the HMDI lead and go. Get one whilst you can.

    Cool little DVD player, Multi region

    I love this little cute dvd player, also has a usb port, and multi region, so easy to use and the quality of the picture is fab, definitely a good buy the remote, has so much features on it, some I had to look up, not seen before. All in all very pleased with this product.
