Purchased boots on the 09.04.24 and it’s now the 17.04.24 still not received boots messaged seller said would send still didn’t and then no response until I raised a request for refund. Seller said will post on 18.04.24 however I’ve requested a refund and they refuse to respond again. I see this has happened previously to another purchaser. I want to be clear I want a refund now as I paid in good faith
