    Decent soundcard but drivers are EOL

    Bought this as a gaming soundcard to try to troubleshoot potential audio driver latency issues with my onboard sound. Windows 10 doesn't natively support it; although it installs a driver, audio works until a reboot, then silence. The Creative driver is EOL but is written for Windows 10, the sound card works but I had to install a trial download to restore the flexi-jack functionality for the microphone. It didn't help with the issue, but points aside it didn't create new ones or perform any worse.

    Better then modern sound cards from Creative Labs

    I have this soundcard since 2010. And I must say that this card works at: 32bit, 192000Hz and theres no match for todays cards from Creative Labs in this segment "value for money". And i tried and tested for example Soundblaster Z or Soundblaster AE-5 and they work just at: 32bit, 96000Hz which is big difference in sound quality in terms of hardware. And when the new hardware has worse specs as older hardware then i dont even care about software anymore. So the final result is: Very good sound and sound card in terms of: value for money by this product.

    Great card, so

    Great soundcard, there are issues with windows 10 on wave mix but this is not the sound card just driver issues. I'm pleased with this card and will be using this on windows 7 with my antec media centre. Thanks and all the best.

    Works perfectly

    Installed into Dell Precision T3500 and tested on Linux (openSUSE Tumbleweed 64-bit) and Windows XP Pro x64. The sound card works perfectly without any hassle and the sound is pristine.
