Fantastic speakers and great customer service. The initial pair received were DOA but Elite replaced these with a brand new pair, direct from the factory in Germany. They took a while to arrive (the plant was closed for two weeks over Christmas) but we're not talking about a replacing a box of cornflakes, here! Sometimes, what's important is not that nothing should go wrong, but how you react when it does, and the team at Elite went the extra mile. Thanks to all
