Item arrived within two days of purchase, well packaged. I haven't owned a laptop before, or bought anything off ebay, so I was rather nervous as to how to go about it and what to choose. It all went smoothly eventually and I am pleased with the laptop I chose, with help from an expert who has also helped me set it up. Apart from some scuffs on the outside it is in very good condition inside and is very fast and responsive. Buyer was very quick to respond to messages and helpful.
