Buyer demaned a refund for item without sending it back, saying it was damaged, yet would not provide any photos of item. So when they send 3rd message demanding refund, i asked them which part of message they did not understand? If you call that rude then so be it

Paid on 7th of Nov with an estimated delivery date of 20th Nov on listing. Chased up on 16th (no reply) and the 19th to check when posted. Updated with tracking details on the 20th but no updates and nothing to say they'd tried to deliver to click and collect location. Double checked with delivery location on 23rd as still not arrived and sellers response was rude and blamed royal mail with no offer to look into or refund, eBay stepped in to refund on 29th Nov. Avoid seller

I can not be held responsible if royal mail does not do it job correctly and loses the parcel buyer opened a dispute, I gave them ref 110C273B4D0 still to this day says not delivered on 29th so I refunded the buyer some people thing sellers have a way to make royal mail deliver item but they don’t if it lost its lost nothing a seller can do about it. I dont get over 4000 positive feedback if i rude and ignore buyers, some buyers are rude and i reserve the right to not respond as manner are free
