Chopper arrived in tatty old box with no instructions and the blades and bowl both had food debris on them. Yellow discolouration to the button on lid. Needed a proper clean/dishwasher when it arrived, product was not brand new/just tested as described. Contacted seller with photos and return offered, but cost of it isn't worth hassle. No apologies given, seller just doubled down that it was new when it clearly isn't. Item not close to condition described.
