The item was dispatched very quickly and arrived in great condition in an unmarked box. My only reservation is that while is appears to be a 'new' and a correctly branded item, it doesn't hold the charge for as long as I would hope for a Dell original. It's impossible to assess whether this may due to lengthy storage or whether it would be any different buying from another supplier. BUT, I must add this seller provided the fastest delivery I have ever experienced on eBay.
