Terrible. Late and different battery.
Delivered late with excuse used many times before about a printer not working.... we all know a printer is not needed to send an item through Royal Mail. The battery was not properly packed or labeled for posting. An e-bike battery should not just be sent in a plastic bag!
It was not the one in the photos and had been crudely taken apart. The seller was completely unapologetic and indifferent, and then did not refund me on time and eBay had to step in.
