Fantastic speakers and great customer service. The initial pair received were DOA but Elite replaced these with a brand new pair, direct from the factory in Germany. They took a while to arrive (the plant was closed for two weeks over Christmas) but we're not talking about a replacing a box of cornflakes, here!
