    Not as pictured.

    I ordered this one expecting to get the one in the photo, an exact replacement for my other. I didn't get the one pictured, but one that was the same spec wise (as in, it won't damage my laptop when I use it) so it's okay. It arrived and the power cord wouldn't plug into the adapter so I had to "fix" the bent plug a bit (it was new in package no one could have known about the error without opening it). Overall I'm happy with the product. It works, I'm charging my laptop right now as I write this. In short- pro: it works. Con: it's not the one in the picture.

    Bait and switch?

    The one I received was not the same as the one that that came with my chromebook, or the one that is pictured in the add. The one pictured looks exactly like the original. I don't believe that the one I received is "genuine" as stated in the add. So, from that point of view, I believe this was a bait and switch. However, the specs on the label for the one they sent me were the same as the original and the plugs fit, and the charger works, so far, So I am keeping it for the sake of convenience and hoping for the best.
