Arrived on time but packaging terrible. Just wrapped in bubble wrap inside a scabby cardboard box. I bought it as a present and given the price I would have expected better. Pretty shocked to find 2 days after I received it that having paid £189.00 for it, they were then advertising the same for make me an offer. It said new on the advert but not sure.

Can’t understand why negative feedback there was nothing wrong with the product it is not advertised as gift boxed they are well packed to arrive safely. As for the best offer I took that off the small birds but it must have been on the old advert i relisted as soon as it was brought to my attention I removed it . I would have hoped that someone would contact me first I like my customers to be happy with their purchases and put things right before leaving damaging negative feedback
