Walter Brockmann's 1974 Victorian house is as described. Seller packaged the house perfectly to ensure its safety in shipping and handling. Seller gets 5**** I am so glad you left the sticker from Bachman's store on the house bottom. It shows Walter Brockmann was the originator of Snow Village as we know. The reason I wanted this was: I was at the store when they were on displayed and pushed behind a curtain hiding his village so Dept 56 could sell. I took pic of display.
