A few messages back and forth and lone behold the item hasn’t been dispatched yet despite being marked as such 12 hours or so before …

Its crucial to read the item description thoroughly and not to make assumptions on 1 picture. Cancelled before dispatch and full refund given. Ridiculous Feedback, customer wouldn't admit they didn't read the listing. FOOLISH. Ebay won't Help remove this silly feedback and help a genuine seller.
