Paid 5th June for a birthday at the end of June. Nothing received and communication ignored apart from one message 2 days before the birthday promising to post. They didn’t Gutted as this was a specific request from daughter for 18th which I explained to seller. Their late communication left no opportunity to find elsewhere so daughter didn’t get the one thing she asked for. Feel really let down. Looks like this person is a good ebayer generally, but not so much for selling.

Monitor came without any leads. I had to purchase a PSU at a additional cost of £24. Also the back cover plate is missing, there are no instructions and the user manual CD is also missing. The screen is coming away from the back panel. I appreciate it is a second hand product, but would expect it to come with the PSU at least.
