Good communication from seller and very quick responses to messages! Unfortunately, the next day delivery service I paid extra for (Evri/Hermes) turned into a ‘next weekish’ delivery. Disappointing as it was meant for a Christmas present. Seller can’t help with the sub standard delivery company. Perhaps use a different delivery company in future? The good thing was that seller kept communication open.When the item FINALLY arrived today it was well packaged and I am happy with it!
