I ALWAYS OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE ON ITEMS FOR OVERSEAS AND UK DESPATCH BUT THE POST OFFICE SAYS THAT YOU MUST WAIT 15 WORKING DAYS FOR UK ITEMS TO ARRIVE BEFORE THEY CAN INVESTIGATE SO I CANNOT REFUND MONIES FOR MISSING ITEMS UNTIL THAT TIME IS UP AS THEY CAN STILL ARRIVE. IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED FOR POSTAGE THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE MARKING ME DOWN FOR IT AS SOMETIMES I MISS A POTENTIAL REFUND. POSTAGE WEIGHTS ARE USUALLY STATED ON MY LABELS BUT I DO CHARGE A NOMINAL SUM FOR PACKING AS TAPE, PAPER, BUBBBLE WRAP AND PRINTER CARTRIDGES AREN'T CHEAP.
