Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered.     Does what it supposed to!

    Pleased so far with this replacement for my old Bosch microwave. Easy to install although we couldn’t understand the instructions. We just took the old one out and followed the steps to put the new one in! Only use the timer and heat settings, never used the other buttons. I do like the touch screen to open the door, no pressing the button to open the door.
