Please be aware that due to difficulties in the past, multiple orders will not be shipped in one package as we pay for postage via eBay and PayPal sometimes the service does not allow us to waver the cost of one of the items. We have received negative feedback due to this because customers felt that we were trying to make money off their postage, but I can assure you this is not the case. Sometime there are limitations beyond our control. But if we can we try to post multiple orders in one. Thank you for your understanding. High priced items will require a signature to protect us against a fraudulent claim being made. If a signature is made by any one other than yourself we will not except responsibility! As we have had a case in the past where apparently the customer made a purchase and went on holiday! Although courier stated that package was signed for by a neighbour! From the delivery address? Upon further investigation it was found that the buyer posted a very similar item as the one lost back for sale on eBay only days later!
To be dispatched via Royal Mail/ Local Courier which ever is cheapest, to the UK Only. Postage is accurately determined by weight of item. If you would prefer to collect, that is perfectly fine. Please inform us at the end of winning bid and we will provide you with the collection address. We are based in Acton W3. strictly no returns as we have fully tested the items.
 
Please be advised although the conditions are only our presumption, it is unrealistic for us to be totally correct all of the time, as to be able to bring you these items at the lowest price, they are obviously not brand new and sealed. Tests have had to have been carried out to judge its working condition as most of our lots have been sourced from companies dealing with customers returns or over stock end of line items from large high street retailers such as John Lewis, maplins, halfords, toys r us etc...
We try our best to test items to the best of our knowledge and abilities but sometimes we do not have the knowledge or expertise in which case we will state that. We do not try to fool you with unreal photoshopped pictures or inaccurate descriptions! Our pictures are strictly what you see is what you get unless stated. We practise a transparent policy and by no way are we out to make a quick buck. If you are not happy in any way with the these terms and understanding that these are graded returns or over stocked reclaimed goods then please do not bid. If some how we list an item as fully working and tested and you do not receive what was stated then we will of course replace/refund which ever is more appropriate or convenient to you! Please read these terms carefully before bidding! We believe you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase considering the prices we are bringing them to you for. But some people expect perfection at a ridiculously low price which is unrealistic! If you are one of those people who like perfect boxes and packaging then do not bid!
