Before buying the suit, I specifically asked for the shoulder measurements. When the suit arrived, I found it was 3" smaller. He refused to accept the return for my full refund, but was happy to offer me a partial refund, which I rejected (the suit does not fit). He then claimed, I had measured incorrectly (which was not only a wild assumption, but extremely rude), then blamed me for my high expectations. So I took a picture of a tape measure across the jacket, rendering his claim, ridiculous.

Completely measured incorrectly then was stupid enough to take photo of his incorrect measuring method! Shoulder width measurements are always taken from shoulder points at the BACK - this is the most accurate way to measure shoulder wdith! Not from the front as this numpty has done in order to make a frivolous claim!! Funny that my claim hasn't been rendered ridiculous at all hahahaha! Time waster!
