A couple of cases arrived broken in transit due to being sent in wrapped up carrier bags (no box protection) and the games stank of smoke! I alerted the seller on arrival of the issue (not looking for a refund/return) more to make sure they don't send game in such a way again. The seller took no responsibility and said 'dont get loud and just enjoy what ya got understand' and blamed the postal service for his poor wrapping. If the seller took responsibility there wouldn't have been an issue.
