Travelled 2 hours to get bed which wouldn’t have been a problem except seller forgot to give a part which is required. Told us we need to drive back to collect it. Asked if it could be sent but told it would cost him money. No offer to help sort situation accept for us to drive another 2hrs there and back to
Collect. Sort part online for £40 he would not reduce price for this. Connectors also missing which had to obtain from ikea. Shame as he was so helpful when we first came to collect
