Seller responded late and would not send. I am really not sure why they are resisting posting a small item.

This buyer knowingly bid on item that was clearly stated as collection only. Buyer also demanded free postage on the collection only item, this was declined. The buyer inexplicably chose to go ahead and bid for the item anyway and proceeded to repeatedly insist on postage. This was politely declined several times. Buyer chose not to withdraw the offer and proceed to pay. Buyer was promptly refunded. Buyer also sent several argumentative messages and was reported to ebay.
