Absolute life saver, helps my sleep no end
Absolute life saver, helps my sleep no end, was on a TV show and a doctor was talking about it helping with sleep apnea, sleep quality and I can also take it in the day for energy. Feel really good on this but always forget to take it when I start feeling better then back to normal so have to remember to always have this in my stack.
