    Tasty and nutritious

    Engevita yeast flakes are delicious and at the same time full of B vitamins. They are versatile and very easy to use - just add to savoury dishes or sprinkle on the top. I love them sprinkled on hot buttered toast or straight off the spoon. They also provide an easy way of giving B vitamins to children and the elderly or infirm people as they can be sprinkled in most dishes from casseroles, pasta dishes, and pizzas to smoothies and soups.
