Although it's probably thick enough to wear most of the time under a hoody or with a t shirt over. Should have read the description properly as I was surprised it came with all the body armour to fit. Don't be put off by the sizing chart. I'm usually a 43" chest so went for the 2XL. 1st time I've ever had to order any clothing that size, but the fit is perfect. Well worth the money.
