useing mbp482 you wont reget it brilliant
I have mine just outside the front door and works great. You can also buy an extention cable for the power suply if you need more range to the plug socket its called 3.5mm x 1.3mm 3.5x1.3 DC 1.5M Long Extension Lead. Can be bought for £3.99 very handy. Im using my monitor as a cheap cctv so i can see whose at my door. I highly recomened this one hope this helps someone I ment to say you can also ad 3 more cams to this. They cost about £17 each though so i wouldnt bother at that price.I have mine just outside the front door and works great. It is a parody of a baby monitor
We were using Nooui camera to watch the baby, but since I have to use my phone for the video and the notifications for sound and motion were not what I expected, I decided to buy a dedicated baby monitor with a separate module for the streaming. I found the baby monitor for an excellent price and conditiobn (BNIB), but once I tested it, it turned out that it could capture very small area from the room. The child is sleeping in a big bed and is constantly changing its place while sleeps so it often is out of camera range. OK, then I will use it only as a baby phone for the sound. But the parent control device is frequently peeping very loud for out of battery. Even though it is connected to the mains supply. Great value for money providing visual and audio monitor for similar price to many audio only monitor sets.
Purchased a few weeks ago but proved reliable to date. No problem with range using baby set upstairs and viewing monitor downstairs -clear picture and sound. Screen picture is clear when no light on in nursery. Can be used without connection to the mains but you then to recharge the battery so we leave plugged in.
