Item was damaged in transit, but was also inadequately packaged. It was a 5x7 signed photo, shipped with no support inside a LP record mailer. With no added support , it was flimsy and the mailer well beat up by USPS. The photo was dented along the bottom. Contacted the seller, crickets! Would not recommend this seller for handling any issues that arise. They did ship promptly, but poor packaging and lack of interest how it arrived to me -- not even a response -- is unacceptable!
