the locomotive was listed as a DCC unit not a DC. It ruined my grandsons christmas because it would not run on his DCC track. I can t believe anyone would confuse the two types of trains (DC and DCC). I believe he intentionally sold the wrong unit and I am now shocked that he is mad because he was called on this issue. No, I will not change my review. I have sent the unit back to him and I want a full refund, including my shipping costs.

The locomotive I listed was DCC and I confirmed this before I listed it. This buyer contacted me with an issue, and before I even had a chance to troubleshoot, posted this feedback claiming I intentionally lied to him. In my 25 years on eBay I've always acted with respect and fairness, patiently resolving any issues. Like in this case, where I not only refunded his money, I refunded his return shipping on top of the original. And he didn't have the decency to even tell me he got the check.
