I bought the item on auction, but the seller refused to dispatch it. They claimed ebay changed the price of the item without their knowledge, which seems highly unlikely. There was no communication from their end and they didn't offer any solutions. Instead, they told me to contact ebay and ask them why they changed the price of the item. I had no choice but to open a dispute with ebay.
