Took awhile to arrive- I think about a week, maybe 9 days. Arrived well packaged and undamaged. Bottle as described and expected. Used it in my new dishwasher along with salt and all in one tablets. Glassware, plates, cutlery, everything came out spotlessly clean, smudge and any other marks free. No chemical smell or taste left on kitchenware. Very happy with the results. I think I will probably stick with this brand and seller as bought at better price than from other sellers/retailers
