Upon delivery of the table and chairs and closer inspection, a lot of the wood is completely rotten. I gave the seller the opportunity to respond before leaving feedback. Seller has not responded to the message I sent about this.

My apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase, you were made aware that the items were in need of repair at the time of purchase and you and your courier were welcome to inspect the items and refuse.
You have sent me photos of the bench of which 1 leg is rotten at the base which is easily repairable, so to state that a lot of the wood is rotten is an over exaduration. I have also responded to your text message, apologies it was not the same day as I was on holiday abroad with my family.
