I always regard a "top seller" as being one who endeavours to provide superb "customer service" whenever a problem arises, especially when it's through no real fault of their own. In this particular instance, despite them "double boxing" up the "vintage" radio, it sadly still sustained damage whilst in transit to me. Within 24 hours of me registering this, I received a refund in full, without even being asked to return the item, which was most kind, as I wasn't seeking to acquire it for nothing.
