Item received later than expected. Also noticed that the model is not what was advertised, it 's a JL680A not JL681A - difference is the 681 is POE enabled, My fault for not looking at the pictures properly, if I had then I would have seen this! Not a real issue as I'm not powering anything from it at the moment. Other than that the unit does work, it updated its firmware as soon as I entered the menu on a PC. Couldn't use the app, guess the serial number is already registered - no big deal.
