Slow postage, poor communication and a faulty item. All followed by no apology for selling me a broken transmitter or the hassle it then caused me to open a case, wait for a return label, package it up, get it to a post office and then send it back and wait for a refund. All of which was done at a snails pace. A huge waste of my time. I could have bought another transmitter for a decent price, had I not ended up with this lemon. What a pointless exercise!
