Was rather disappointed with this product as it wasn't actually as described. They arrived in a flimsy cardboard sleeve/box and when unpacked ,all pencils were jumbled up. Packaging was sparse so that probably contributed. I contacted seller who advised I should return so they could check them?!. I queried if return p&p would be covered as I'd be out of pocket,I'm still awaiting a reply. Customer service is poor, deterred from ordering again.

    Floating on air

    This is the comfiest recliner I have ever owned. It's lightweight. folds easily. good quality and a fantastic price. It was a little bit different to recline (after always having ones where you lift the arms up and lock them in place) but if you use your foot rest and push on the back rest it just glides like you're floating on air. Would recommend.

    Difficult to operate

    Ordered these chairs for my elderly parents, and no matter how they tried they could not make them recline without assistance. We even tried them ourselves and had the same problem. Whoever invented these so called zero gravity recliners needs to go back to their desk and re-think how these are easy to operate. Terrible product.

    Robust and they feel safe to sit in, even in full reclining mode

    Delighted with our purchase, we think the loungers are amazing quality for the price and very comfortable. Just one thing though, on our two the locking device works the opposite way to the instructions. But once you know this it is not a problem, would happily recommend.
