All of our TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty. If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.

Please note: warranty on clearance & reduced-price TV’s does not cover the fault as described at point of sale, or any further faults that may occur in relation to the fault described at point of sale.

Our Warranty Claims Procedure

1. Contact our customer service team on 0737 6667778 or send a message via the eBay messaging service to explain the problem you are experiencing

2. Our customer service team will first provide troubleshooting support, and will send a link from which you can upload a video of the fault directly from your mobile phone or device

Please note: it is important not to pack away your product if you are opening a warranty claim as we will require a video of the fault before we can proceed.

3. Our customer service team will review the information and video you have provided and respond with a solution within 1 working day

4. If we need to arrange collection of your product, we will require all original packaging it arrived in (including any outer protective packaging). Please do not throw this away. This is to ensure we received it back in one piece!

Please note: if you no longer have the packaging and require us to supply it, there will be an additional charge.

This is just the best TV ever! The picture is mind blowing. Although NOT 3d, there really is no need for 3d as the 4k Oled picture makes you feel it is. It's really draws you in. Just watched Planet Earth 2 in 4K and wowow! The blacks are proper black this in turn gives you a brilliant colour spectrum that knocks any LED out of the stadium. Has to be seen to be believed. The LG Smart system, WebOS3 on the 2016 is symply the best TV operating system there currently is. It blows away SONY android TV and all the others. It's smooth, fast and the magic remote is spot on with its response. No lag at all. The TV will connect to almost any electronic, phone, media or speaker u have. It has the latest Bluetooth system which allows headphones, speakers, music players to connect. The sound is ... This is just the best TV ever! The picture is mind blowing. It's like new no marks, nothing. I purchased from ebay and they let me go down to Bedford to view a demo and they were great. Gog a receipt too. I would buy this TV again. I wish I'd had more mine for the G6V but once all working it would be hard to justify the price difference and it would be hard to see any difference in picture quality only sound. The 2017 B7V will be one to look out for as it will be at the good price where as their G6V will be in the £4K range I'm sure.

Great tv with both good picture and sound
This tv surpassed expectations and makes watching movies and hd tv shows a better experience. The colour and definition quality is impressive and the built in speakers, whilst not amazing, are better than most.
