Disgraceful unhelpful seller delivered to wrong address told me as a vunrable single lady to confront my violent neighbor to collect package would not help me avoid this seller

wanted money back insisting they were undelivered until I sent proof of delivery, then said the neighbour was violent so she couldn't get the parcel apparently postman delivered to her neighbour but blamed me and wanted full refund. Slandered & threatened me with negative feedback extortion unless I gave her the money back. Apparently I delivered the parcel to wrong house! I didn't know I was the postman ! Told to contact police to report the theft. Just wanted money, no solution was acceptable
