We are a vehicle salvage operation. WE SELL DAMAGED CARS. They are ‘sold as seen’ and do not come with any guarantee that they are of ‘satisfactory’ quality and/or fir for any purpose”.
 
The purchaser is given every opportunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction and he/she is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle complies with current Road Traffic Act requirements and the Road Vehicle (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 and any amendments thereto.
 
You should not drive the vehicle until the damage is suitably repaired and, if necessary, given a new MOT certificate. However, if you do drive the vehicle we will not be responsible for any damage and/or loss howsoever caused. If the vehicle has a MOT, this will not imply that the vehicle is safe to drive as it may have become damaged after its MOT test.
The description we give over the phone or on eBay, Gumtree or other social media sites is a brief description ONLY. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you view the vehicle before purchasing. We also advise you to bring a VEHICLE ENGINEER to assess the vehicle and the damage as NO warranty is given on the vehicle.
We DO NOT operate a “ Distance Selling “ scheme and you will have no right to cancel the contract of sale if you sign it or agree/respond to it via email.
