The slowest refund I've ever had on eBay. No communications at any step. Not a good time overall. Faulty item is fair enough, but taking so long means that I'm without the finds for multiple weeks. Can't remember ever having to wait multiple days after it had been received, every other refund, and every one I've done myself, has been processed as soon as it is in the post. This requires trust, but so does just buying an item here, so it is unfortunate to not see it reciprocated in the slightest
