Refunded as it didn't work, probably I think damaged in transit due to inadequate packing (Despite postage being £20), see photo below showing no packing under stand and thin 'popped' bubble wrap on top. I'm not sure they've learnt from it as when I wrote:"Thanks very much for the refund. I'm a bit concerned that you haven't acknowledged the inadequate packing. I had hoped you'd learnt a lesson."
To which they replied: "We have not had any problems with packaging before."
