    Item arrived well packed and in good condition. This vendor sells the product at fair market value and for less han on tge brinsea website. Product quality is what you expect from brinsea. The only issue was delivery. I spoke to the seller who sorted the issue and explained what happened. I would of prefered that Parcel Force was not the courier has they attempted to deliver to wrong address. Collected from post office after complaint. Currently up and running with my first batch of eggs.

    good incubator

    cheaper than most sellers on ebay yet its an origonal item from brinsea dont use the cheap chinease incubators use quality ones like this
