They were very quick to respond with reasons and apologies as to why my purchase wasn't sent and assured me it would be sent next day. This went on for a couple of weeks. I really only needed honesty as to if and when it would be sent. Not unfulfilled promises. Seller was communicative initially, but that waned. Having a stroke or hear attach is one the risk associated with the surgery, he need monitoring after the surgery. It takes an hour+ to drive to the P.O
