    Wasn’t advised transparently what was required as the buyer tried to accommodate when informed MOT was told it was a misunderstanding I have had to phone to ask questions & rushed off the phone busy or not I am still a customer I should’ve been sent what was required sent my paperwork in been waiting weeks overtime not received no paperwork as yet could’ve been a much better experience no real customer service when your made to feel your bothering these people & your doing business with them
