    Item well packed. The item had been described: “10 ML BNIB”. When it arrived the opaque bottle was about half full. In total, I paid-out £47.71 for it including the postage. The seller said that they had not been able to assess the quantity of perfume accurately and that I had a choice of accepting a £20 partial refund or I had to send it back. When I received the refund it was for £21.02. So when all is said and done, I’ve paid £26.69 for 5ml of perfume. That was my journey with this seller.

    Hmmm, I also offered a return label and a full refund which you decline. The "bottle" was actually a metal canister" as shown in the picture and I did not want to risk damaging it. so I believed the description to be as accurate as possible. There may have been some evaporation but there is far less alcohol in a pure parfum than say eau de parfum or toilette and these containers are never full . Sorry you were not were not happy

    Your description was “brand new in box”. It was in a box. It was NOT brand new, it was half full. Nuff said.
