    Light, Easy, Gentle

    This is what it says Gentle Yoga. Its A easy slow paced. I ordered it for my Sciatica. I love having 7 different practices, so I have found the one that I can use now with little to no pain and then as I improve I can move on to others

    Great Yoga practice for beginners and Seniors

    I have used this Yoga video for years and really enjoy it. It is not difficult, but is still challenging and a good way to exercise. Yoga is great physical therapy, which you really need if you are over 50 ! It has 7 different routines to choose from, so you can do the workout that fits your goals that day. I got this when I did not know much about Yoga, and I was never intimidated by any of the workouts. This Gentle Yoga dvd has made me a fan of Yoga.

    BEGINNER YOGA STUDENT

    I joined a gym but when taking the beginner classes i felt that I was behind. This tape is relaxing and i can do it in my own home, at my own speed, at my convenience and I feel it really does help my back issues. The tone is smoothe and soft and the tranquility all add up to a nice workout.
