The locking key button which attaches the iron to the baseplate is on the iron rather than on the baseplate. Thus when using the iron cordlessly, every time it is picked up, the user inevitably presses the locking button with their hand. This means that the iron cannot be put back down on the baseplate without pressing the locking button every time you pick it up. This requires two hands to accomplish.

I did take this up with Buysbest and then came back quickly to say they had contacted Evri.
