I would not recommend XDP to deliver as I was sent an email stating delivery would be between 5.30pm and 7.30pm but at 3.10pm it was left outside my front door. I had to leave from where I was, to get home quickly before it could have been stolen from the doorstep. It was the first time I had a delivery from that company so hopefully it will be my last.

Considering how well packaged the radiator was it must have received quite an impact. I contacted the seller immediately & sent photos. A returns label was provided & after posting received a replacement 2 days later. Excellent customer service. The radiator is installed and I now have warm towels during the summer months.
