    Handy ideas

    Really informative on what BLW is and things to expect I.e choking, gagging etc. Recipes are decent but it’s noting you can’t find online in YouTube videos etc... would’ve been better if they included pictures of sizes to cut LOs food

    Brilliant Cookbook

    Brilliant cookbook. Gives the history and benefits of baby led weaning as well as a variety of sections with brilliant recipes that cater to adults and children. As someone that's not a fan of cooking I love that I can cook just 1 meal. Would highly recommend even if you're doing a more traditional weaning journey
